Indian women’s Kabaddi team will look up to grab their third Gold medal at Asian Games

Today is the last day of Kabaddi event at Asian Games 2018. There will be a final match between India and Iran women’s teams for Gold. And then Iran and South Korea men’s team will take on each other to win Gold.

Women’s final match will be played between India and Iran No doubt it will be a thrilling and interesting match as both India and Iran are strong teams in women’s Kabaddi. India was unbeatable in pool A. They beat Chinese Taipei as 27-14 to enter into the finals. Talking about Iran they won two matches and surprisingly lost to Chinese Taipei. In the semifinal, they beat Thailand 23-16. It will be a high voltage match in which Indian women will look up to grab their 3rd Gold medal and Iran will fight for their first Gold medal.

In men’s Kabaddi category Asian Games will get new Gold medalist after India’s consecutive 7 Gold medals. Iran and South Korea both won all their group stage matches. South Korea defeated Pakistan 27-24 and Iran thrashed India 27-18. Both teams are expecting to give a tough fight to each other. This match will be held at 3.30 pm as per IST.

Women’s category – India (Winner of semifinal 1) vs Iran (Winner of semifinal 2) at 1.30 pm as per IST

Men’s category – South Korea (Winner of semifinal 1) vs Iran (Winner of semifinal 2) at 3.30 pm as per IST
