Sachin’s raiding heroics clinched a victory for Patna Pirates

Vivo Pro Kabaddi League eighth edition is undergoing in Bengaluru. On the first day of week seven, three times champions Patna Pirates defeated UP Yoddha 37-35. This is the fourth consecutive loss for UP.

From the very first minute, it was neck to neck battle between Patna & UP. Before the end of first half, Patna inflicted an all-out on UP. The halftime score was 20 Patna Pirates & 15 UP Yoddha.

The tables got turned in second half when UP Yoddha repaid the all-out on Patna Pirates & levelled the score. But Patna found the way & got UP all-out for the second time. Then Patna won the match.

Patna Pirates’s Sachin picked up a super 10 with 12 raid points. Skipper Prashanth Kumar Rai picked up 5 raid points. Mohammadreza Chiyaneh scored a high 5 with 5 tackle points.

Neeraj Kumar, Sajin C & Shubham Shinde took 2 tackle points each. UP raider Surender Gill scored super 10 with 10 raid points. He crossed ‘200 Raid Points’ in his PKL career.

Shrikant Jadhav got 9 raid points. Skipper Nitesh Kumar took 3 tackle points. Sumit scored 2 tackle points.
