PKL 12: Tamil Thalaivas Won The Opening Match Against Telugu Titans

Pro Kabaddi League season 12 has been started with a bang. Yesterday (29th August) in the full house of Vishwanath Sports Club, Vizag, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Thalaivas defeated home Telugu Titans 38-35 in the Southern Derby.

Tamil Thalaivas Vice Captain Arjun Deshwal player very well in the first half. He was in an attacking mode. Still Thalaivas led first half with a small margin 14-13.

The pace was increased in the second half. Both teams played aggressively. First Telugu got Tamil allout. But soon Tamil repaid it to Telugu. It was a cut throat competition.

In the last seconds of game, when score was 35-34 Thalaivas captain Pawan Kumar put super raid. He made his team the winner of the match.

Telugu Titans defence made a mistake & it costed them heavily. Tamil Thalaiva’s captain Pawan Kumar scored 9 raid points.

Vice captain Arjun Deshwal picked up super 10 with 12 raid points. Telugu Titan’s Bharat Hooda had 9 raid & 2 tackle points to his name. Shubham Shinde got 4 tackle points.
