The Indian Boy’s & Girls Clinch Gold Medal At 3rd Asian Youth Games, Baharin 2025
The Asian Youth Games (AYG) which is also known as Asiad is a continental multisport event held every four years among athletes all over Asia.
The Games have been organized by the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA). It is the second largest continental multi sports even after Asian Games.
Kabaddi sport was included as a discipline in the 3rd Asian Youth Games Baharin 2025. This time Kabaddi made a debut at Asian Youth Games.

The 3rd Asian Youth Games was scheduled from 19th to 23rd October at Manama, Baharin. A total of 7 boy’s teams & 5 girl’s teams were qualified for the event.
In the boys’ section, Indian team won the final against Iran 35-32 to win the gold medal. Indian girl’s team defeated Iran 75-21 & had the gold medal to their name.
