Appeal for help to injured kabaddi players

Wednesday (March 17) was a very shocking day for the Kabaddi world. Few kabaddi players from Kalamb in Pune district were on their way to a competition in Karnataka when their four-wheeler Tavera collided with a truck and caused a major accident.

Two young kabaddi players, Sohail Syed (22 years old) and Mahadev Awate (20 years old) have lost their lives in the accident. It is understood that two kabaddi players are seriously injured.

These players are from poor families. They are currently undergoing treatment at Banjara Hospital, Bijapur. Although more money is needed for his treatment, an appeal is being made from the kabaddi world that everyone should show their sportsmanship and help in the treatment of the players.
