Bengal Warriors win the champion’s battle against Jaipur
Tonight at Vivo Pro Kabaddi League eighth edition, defending champions Bengal Warriors crushed inaugural champions Jaipur Pink Panthers by a huge point’s difference of 19 points. The winning score is 41-22.
Bengal skipper Maninder Singh started the game for his team. On the other hand Arjun Deshwal of Jaipur took the charge. Both team’s defense was in bang. Maninder completed ‘900 Raid Points’ in his PKL career.
The halftime score was 14-11 in favour of Bengal. In the initial minutes of second half, Bengal Warriors inflicted an all-out on Jaipur Pink Panthers. Bengal team was better on both the fronts i.e. offense & defense.
After that two back to back all outs were inflicted on Jaipur. The lead was increasing as Jaipur players were not able to score points. In the end team lost 26-38. Bengal skipper Maninder Singh had a super 10 with 13 raid points.
It was his 11th super 10 in PKL 8. Esmaeil Nabibakhsh scored 5 raid & 1 tackle points. Ran Singh earned 4 tackle points. Jaipur raider Arjun Deshwal picked up his 10th super 10 in this season. He got 10 raid points.
