Breaking – The Pro Kabaddi League is expected to start in July

The eighth season of the Pro Kabaddi League is expected to start in July 2021, said tournament commissioner Anupam Goswami. If that happens, it will be the first indoor event to be held since the corona lockdown. Sports Star has reported about this.

Speaking to Sports Star, Goswami said, “Currently we are preparing to play Pro Kabaddi League between June and October as usual. Soon a new company will be selected as a broadcasting partner for Pro Kabaddi League. After discussing with them, we intend to start the league in late June or early July.”

Talking about the format of the Pro Kabaddi League season, Goswami said, “This season will be of 93 matches. There are no plans to change the format of the Pro Kabaddi League at present. The league will be organized following the rules laid down by the government to handle the situation created by Corona.”

“The Pro Kabaddi League’s Future Kabaddi Heroes program will be held next month. We will try to implement it with due diligence.” stated Goswami.
