Grateful to @mandirabedi for tagging me and including me in this challenge. I completely agree that Aatmaraksha is something that needs to be taken seriously, especially in our current times. For the #HoneyYogaChallenge, I'm going to do 8 Suryanamaskars which will be followed by Dabur Honey in warm water to keep my immunity high. I also challenge my awesome followers to do the same and not to forget to take Dabur Honey with warm water every day for overall good health and immunity! @daburhoneyofficial #internationalyogaday #deepakniwashooda #dabur #daburhoney
