Can Sukesh Hegde raise his game in this season of the PKL?

Vivo Pro Kaabddi League will go on the floors from 22nd December. As a part of Covid precautions, Bengaluru is the only venue to host the entire league. The auction was held in August. Currently all teams are preparing for the season.

Bengal Warriors player Sukesh Hegde has 413 raid points from 100 matches. Having 1 super 10 to his name Nitin averages 4.13 offense points per match. We can see that in 100 games he has scored only one super 10.

From season 1 to season 4, he was a part of Telugu Titans. In season 2 he was Telugu’s second best raider. Sukesh became captain of Gujarat Fortunegiants in 5th PKL edition. Gujarat was runners up in that season.

Season 6 was good for him as he was able to cope up with Tamil Thalaivas. Sukesh is a part of Bengal Warriors team who won PKL 7 title. He had contributed well in the offense.

If we see his stats it can be seen Sukesh is never a raider who will be a primary raider for his team. His game is quite different. He is good as a supportive raider who goes for raids in do or die situations.

For the upcoming PKL season Sukesh will play for Bengal Warriors only. In this season he will have to uplift his gamel to ensure his team defends their title.
