Champion Maharashtra sub-junior boys team felicitated at Kabaddi Nationals

In last week Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India (AKFI) recognized and Bihar Kabaddi Association organized 30th Sub Junior National Kabaddi Championship in Patliputra Sports Complex, Patna, Bihar where Maharashtra sub-junior boys team won the title.

Maharashtra beat Haryana 37-36 and clinched the Gold medal. Team captain Piyush Patil led the team from the front. Deepak, Azad, Amar Singh, Pravin, Shabir contributed in the win. Krushna Chavan was awarded ‘Best Player of the Tournament’.

Yesterday 66th Men’s Senior National Kabaddi Championship which is recognized by Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India (AKFI) and organized by Maharashtra State Kabaddi Association has started in Roha, Raigad.

On this occasion, Sub Junior team players, team coach, and team manager were given a cash reward of Rs. 15,000 each by Maharashtra State Kabaddi Association. Sunil Tatkare, Jayant Patil, Parth Pawar, Raigad Zila Parishad members and officials of Raigad District Kabaddi Association were present.
