Despite of head injury, he fought for the team

The 38th All India Kabaddi Championship was recently held at Gotegaon in Madhya Pradesh. The ONGC team won the tournament.

UP Yoddha and Air Force clashed in a semi-final match of the tournament. There was a moment in the match that surprised everyone present. UP Yoddha player Amit Sheoran was injured in the match. He began to bleed from the wound on his head. In such a case, a player would have preferred to leave the field. Amit, however, decided to go on the field with his head bandaged.

One should not leave the battlefield when his team is in trouble. With the feeling that I should fight for the team, he came on the field once again. Everyone appreciated Amit’s courage. Although Amit returned to the field, he could not stop his team from losing. The Air Force entered the final by defeating UP Yoddha 33-24. Although the team lost, Amit’s action was widely praised.
