Indian PM Narendra Modi Spoke About India & Poland Kabaddi Connection

Since the emergence of Pro Kabaddi League, the sport has expanded to different contingents. It is not longer limited to Asian countries.

Countries like United States Of America, Argentina, Poland take up the sport very passionately. They participate in global tournaments.

New players are emerging from these countries. To make Kabaddi global sport, all the countries are giving their best.

India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on tour of Poland. While addressing Indians living there, he lauded connection of Kabaddi between India & Poland.

He said “We are connected through the game of Kabaddi as well. This game reached Poland through India and they took it to great heights. Poland is going to host the Kabaddi championship for the first time. I want to wish good luck to their team”.

He further met Poland Kabaddi players Michal Spiczko and Anna Kalbarczyk. He tweeted

“Celebrating a vibrant sporting connect.In Warsaw, I met Michal Spiczko and Anna Kalbarczyk, who are noted Kabaddi players. This sport is actively followed in Poland. We discussed how to further popularise this sport in Poland, including ensuring more tournaments between Indian and Polish players”.
