Jaipur Pink Panthers crush their arch rivals U Mumba
Vivo Pro Kabaddi League season eight is undergoing in Bengaluru city. The inaugural champions Jaipur Pink Panthers dominated season 2 winner U Mumba 44-28. It was a comfortable win for Panthers.
Jaipur & Mumba both played neck to neck battle in the initial minutes. Jaipur did better in offense & defense and inflicted an all-out on Delhi. Jaipur took the lead at end of the first half 17-14.
In the second half, both the teams played one to one battle. Jaipur had a lead still Mumba made sure it will not increase. Before the end of the second half, Mumba was all-out. This turned the whole match.
Pink Panther’s team performance led them to win. Their raider Arjun Deshwal scored a super 10 with 17 points. It was his 14th super 10 in this season. Brijendra Singh earned 6 raid & 2 tackle points.
Nitin Rawal notched up 4 tackle points. Skipper Sandeep Dhull & Vishal Lather took 3 tackle points each. Mumba raider V Ajith Kumar picked up a super 10 with 10 raid points.
Vice-captain Abhishek Singh & Shivam got 5 & 4 raid points respectively. Rinku & Rahul Sethpal had 2 tackle points respectively.
