K. Baskaran to coach Bengal Warriors in PKL 9
Vivo Pro Kabaddi League, India’s second most popular sports league was back in December 2021. After two years of gap due to Covid pandemic, the league took place.
132 league matches & 5 matches i.e. a total of 137 matches were played in this season. Dabang Delhi K.C. won their maiden title on 25th February 2022.
According to a report by sports website, season 9 auction might happen on 29th July 2022. All franchisees can retain upto 6 players only. They can submit the retain player’s list till 12th July.
Before this auction major changes are happening in teams. Former Jaipur Link Panthers & Tamil Thalaivas coach Baskaran Kasinathan has joined Season 7 champion team Bengal Warriors.
He will replace BC Ramesh. K Baskaran is season 1 champion coach. He helped Jaipur Pink Panthers to lift the trophy. Prashant Surve will assist him in coaching.
