Kabaddi Players celebrate Father’s Day
Father’s Day is celebrated on the third Sunday of June every year. Father’s Day was first celebrated in the United States in 1910. The practice then began. This day is celebrated to honour the role of a father in our lives.
Father’s Day was also celebrated from the kabaddi field. Many international, national players, referees posted on their social media to honour their father. These include Ajay Thakur, Nitin Tomar, Naveen Kumar Goyat, Monu Goyat, Shrikant Jadhav, Priyanka Negi, Darshan Kadian, Nitesh Kumar, Surjit Singh and referee Aarti Bari.
Pro Kabaddi League teams Puneri Paltan, Jaipur Pink Panthers, Haryana Steelers, Bengal Warriors also wished Happy Father’s Day.
