Kolhapur & Palghar emerged as a winners at 48th Sub Junior State Kabaddi Championship Maharashtra
Maharashtra State Kabaddi Association (MSKA) & Pune District Kabaddi Association was conducting 48th Sub Junior State Kabaddi Championship. The competition was inaugurated on 5th May in Pune.
Kolhapur Boys team & Palghar Girls team became the champions here. The tournament of 68th Women’s Kabaddi Nationals was being held at Sai Chowk, Balewadi, Pune.
Sub junior boys team of Kolhapur crushed Mumbai Suburban 39-27 to clinch the winner’s title. Palghar team defeated Parbhani team 35-32 & won the third position in the competition.
In girls category Palghar team won 32-30 against host team of Pune & won the trophy here. Sangli team defeated Mumbai City team 46-29 & won the third position in the competition.
Best performers of both boys & girls category from this State Level Championship, will be part of Maharashtra state team for Sub Junior National Tournament. They will represent the state in Sub Junior Nationals.
