Kota University & Kurukshetra University clinched Gold medals at Khelo India University Games 2021

The Khelo India University Games programme was introduced by the Indian Government 2020. This national level talent hunt programme was held in 2020 at Bhubaneshwar, Odisha.

The Indian Central Government in associate with Karnataka State Government had organized 2nd Khelo India University Games 2021 at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Kabaddi was a part of Khelo India Games. Kabaddi event held from 29th April to 3rd May 2022 at Colosseum Hall, Jain University Global Campus, Bengaluru.

Yesterday Kurukshetra University, Haryana grabbed the gold medal in girl’s category by crushing Maharshi Dayanand University 46-19 in the finals.

University of Kota, Rajasthan emerged as a winner in boy’s category. They thrashed Chaudhary Bansi Lal University 52-37 to win the gold medal.

Pro Kabaddi League commissioner Anupam Goswami was present here. Khelo India finalist players will have direct entry in PKL player auction pool in PKL 9.

Former Indian Kabaddi team captain Ajay Thakur, Indian team players Naveen Kumar & Pawan Kumar Sehrawat were present here in the occassion.
