Latur District To Witness Sub Junior District Kabaddi Championship
Latur Kabaddi Association, which is affiliated to Maharashtra State Kabaddi Association, is organizing Junior Championship and Trials for girls and boys in the memory of Late Prof. Baburao Nalwad.
This tournament has its own importance. The selected players from here will compete at state level tournament which will be held at Pune from 5th to 8th May.
Among those players a final team of Maharashtra will be picked which will represent the state in Junior National Championship.
The competition will be held on 20th April at Mahatma Gandhi College, Ahmadpur, Latur. All the umpires should be present before 9 am on 20th April.
For this tournament, girls and boys players should bring the Kabaddi shoes. The matches will be played on Kabaddi mat. Rs. 10 for each player & Rs. 200 for the team are the registration fees.
A player weighing 70kg & born before 31/3/2002 is the qualification for boys. Weight of 65kg & born before 31/3/2002 is the qualification for girls. Weighing will be done before 9 am.
Participant players should also bring the ID Card, Birth certificate, school certificate with photos. Otherwise they will not be allowed to compete.
