Maharashtra’s both teams had a winning start at Khelo India Youth Games 2021
The Indian Central Government in associate with Haryana State Government have organised 4th Khelo India Games Haryana 2021. Kabaddi matches at Khelo India have started from yesterday (3rd June).
Earlier group state matches will be played. Then semi-finals & final matches will be played on 7th June. Maharashtra’s both boys & girls team won their first match here.
Maharashtra boys team crushed Andhra Pradesh team with the score of 48-29. Shivam Pathare, Prithviraj Chavhan gave amazing raiding performances.
Dadasaheb Pujari, Rohan Tupare, Jayesh Mahajan defended the team well. On the other hand, Maharashtra girls team thrashed Jharkhand 60-15. Rutuja Awghadi gave an all-round performance.
Harjeet Singh’s raiding was the key point here. Boys team will take on Punjab on 5th June whereas girls team will play against Chandigarh today (4th June).
