Manjeet’s Stellar Performance Help Haryana Win The Match Against Bengal
The second day of Vivo Pro Kabaddi League season eight ended with an intriguing encounter. In the last match of day 2, Haryana Steelers crushed Bengal Warriors 41-33.
The game initiated with Bengal Warriors taking points. Soon Haryana levelled the score courtesy Girish Ernak. The half time score was 13-12 in favour of Bengal.
In the second half Bengal inflicted an all-out on Haryana. After that Haryana’s Manjeet started raiding aggressively. Capitalizing on that Haryana repaid the all out to Bengal.
Then Bengal could not recover from the all-out. Manjeet’s super raids pushed Bengal on back foot. The scoreboard was rapidly moving in favour of Haryana & they won the game.
Haryana’s Manjeet Dahiya picked up 1 tackle & 18 raid points. Nitin Rawal accompanied him with 2 tackle & 5 raid points. Mohit took 3 tackle points. Bengal’s Manoj Gowda scored 8 raid points.
Their skipper Maninder Singh got 7 raid points & became the second player after Pardeep Narwal to score 1000 raid points. This season’s first high 5 belonged to Girish Ernak as he earned 6 tackle points.
