Mighty Gujarat Giants will look for a solid start to the season 8 of PKL

The 2 times PKL finalists “Gujarat Giants” (previously Gujarat Fortune Giants) retained their lethal cover combination, the duo of “Sunil-Parvesh” along with Harmanjit Singh, Ankit & Sumit before PKL 8 auction.
Mastermind “Manpreet Singh” made some interesting picks in the auction to make way for the maiden PKL title of Gujarat Giants.

Talking about the raiding department, Gujarat exercised FBM on Sonu Jaglan (30 lakh) who was impressive throughout the PKL 7.
The big man “MGR” Mahendra Ganesh Rajput (15 lakh) will also be making his comeback to the team after the gap of one season.

Gujarat have roped in the local talent from Karnataka Rathan K at 25 lakh rupees in auction, Rathan have been a consistent performer for Karnataka in senior nationals. Rathan K have the potential to play the part which Sachin Tanwar played for Gujarat in previous seasons.

The Do or Die specialist Ajay Kumar (10 lakh) will also be making his comeback to the side after one season gap.
Talking about the defense, Gujarat have played the master stroke by signing “The Hawk” Ravinder Pahal (74 lakh) in the auction. The right corner has scored 326 tackle points so far & carries experience of more than 100 PKL matches.
Girish Ernak (20 lakh) could be seen playing left corner for Gujarat in season 8. Girish has scored 262 tackle points so far & he also carries experience of more than 100 PKL matches.

The Iranian defence duo of Hadi Oshtorak (20 lakh) & Soleiman Pehlevani (11.5 lakh) will be providing more depth to the defence in season 8.

The responsibility of choosing the best 7 will be a hard task for their coach Manpreet as the two times PKL finalist will be eyeing on their maiden PKL title win in PKL 8.
