Naveen Express take Dabang Delhi K.C. to their second PKL final
Tonight in the second semi-final of Vivo Pro Kabaddi League season 8, Dabang Delhi K.C. thrashed season 6 champion Bengaluru Bulls 40-35. Dabang Delhi K.C. will play final match against Patna Pirates on 25th February at 7.30 pm.
Both Dabang Delhi K.C. & Bengaluru Bulls started off the game with taking one to one point. Dabang Delhi gained the momentum as they inflicted an all-out on Bengaluru Bulls. But Bengaluru marked their comeback in the game.
The halftime score was Bengaluru 17 & Delhi 16. The second half also witnessed neck to neck battle. Substitute Delhi player Neeraj Narwal put a super raid after which Bengaluru was all-out for the second time in the match.
Then after Dabang Delhi only consolidated & maintained its lead. In the end Delhi beat Bengaluru Bulls by 5 points. Delhi raider Naveen Kumar clinched his 11th super 10 in PKL 8 & overall 41st super 10 in his PKL career.
Neeraj Narwal scored 5 raid points. Vijay got 4 raid points. Sandeep Narwal & Krishan notched up 3 tackle points each. Manjeet Chhillar & Jeeva Kumar took 2 tackle points each.
Bengaluru Bulls skipper Pawan Kumar Sehrawat picked up super 10 with 18 raid points. It was his 18th super 10 in PKL 8 & overall 49th super 10 in his PKL career.
He became the first player to score ‘300 Raid Points’ in this PKL 8. Bharat scored 4 raid points. Saurabh Nandal got 4 tackle points. Vice-captain Mahender Singh earned 3 tackle points.
