PKL 6: U Mumba becomes the first team to qualify for the playoffs
Pro Kabaddi League is just a month away from getting a new winner. Now the points table picture is becoming clear. With this U Mumba has made it to the playoffs after they beat Gujarat Fortunegiants 36-26 on 2nd December.
U Mumba is the first team to qualify for the playoffs of PKL season 6. U Mumba has played 18 matches. Out of 18, they have successfully won 13 matches, lost 4 and tied one match. They have 72 points and holds the first position in Zone A points standings.
After a gap of 2 seasons, U Mumba has entered the playoffs. U Mumba is the titleholder of PKL edition 2 in 2015. They are the runners-up in season 1 (2014) and season 3 (January 2016).
Raider Siddharth Desai who has 178 raid points from 16 matches is the top raider for U Mumba. Their skipper Fazel Atrachali is the top defender for them with having 67 tackle points of 18 matches. These both are also top raiders and top defenders of the league as of now.
