Raigad Kabaddi umpires send help to CM fund
Raigad: At present, the Corona is causing havoc all over India. Maharashtra has the highest number of corona patients. As a result, the Maharashtra government has declared a lockdown till May 3.
Considering the increasing number of corona patients, efforts are being made by the Government of Maharashtra at various levels. As part of this, the government has appealed to the citizens to contribute financially to the Chief Minister’s Assistance Fund.
The kabaddi referees of Raigad district have responded to this call of the government. An amount of Rs. 40,000 has been given to the Chief Minister’s Assistance Fund by the Referee Board of Raigad District Kabaddi Association. A letter in this regard has been published by Raigad District Kabaddi Association.
While the state of Maharashtra is facing a major crisis like the Corona epidemic, the Kabaddi umpires in Raigad district have set a good example by helping the Chief Minister’s Assistance Fund. They are being widely appreciated in this regard from the kabaddi fraternity.
