Rishank fans support Bengal Warriors with this nature friendly initiative
Action packed ‘Panga’ of Vivo Pro Kabaddi League season 8 is currently underway at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Centre Bengaluru.
Pro Kabaddi has given many talented players to the Indian team. Rishank Devadiga is one of the finds of PKL. He made his debut with U Mumba in season 1.
After playing 4 seasons for them, Rishank joined UP Yoddha team in PKL 5. He represented them in three consecutive seasons. Rishank is part of Bengal Warriors in PKL 8.
Rishank has huge fan base. Many of his supporters have created his fan account on social media. ‘Rishank Devadiga World’ is one of those fan pages on Instagram.
This fan group started a unique tradition to support Rishank and his team Bengal Warriors. For every win by Bengal Warriors in PKL 8, fan club members will plant a sapling.
When Bengal Warriors won their first match against UP Yoddha one of the members planted a sapling. This post was shared by Rishank himself on his Instagram story.
Rishank applauded this initiative by his fans saying “You guys are just amazing”. Tonight Rishank Devadiga and his team Bengal Warriors will play against Gujarat Giants.
