Roha ready to witness its biggest Kabaddi event
Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India (AKFI) recognized and Maharashtra State Kabaddi Association organized 66th Men’s Senior National Kabaddi Championships will held from today 28th January to 31st January 2019.
The opening ceremony of this tournament will be held today at 5 pm at D. G. Tatkare Krida Nagri, Mhada Society Ground, Roha tehsil, Raigad district, Maharashtra. 434 players will feature in the tournament. 31 teams will fight for the title.
Hon. Vinod Tawde, Minister of Sports and Youth Welfare, Higher and Technical Education, Cultural Affairs, Maharashtra and Hon. Ajit Pawar, President Maharashtra State Kabaddi Association will inaugurate the tournament.
Hon. Sunil Tatkare, General Secretary, Indian National Congress will be the chief guest. Administrator of the Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India (AKFI) Justice (Retd.) SP Garg, Acting Secretary of Maharashtra State Kabaddi Association Gajanan Kirtikar will be the special guests.
President of Raigad District Kabaddi Association Jayantbhai Patil, Chief Associate of Maharashtra State Kabaddi Association, MLA Subhash Pandit, Ravindra Chavan, Aaditi Tatkare, Santosh Potfode, Rajashree Pokle will be other invitees.
