Second tie for Thalaivas & Pink Panthers contest in PKL 8

Day four of week four in Vivo Pro Kabaddi League season eight was another excited day. Tamil Thalaivas had to satisfy with the tie as 34-34 after leading the game against Jaipur Pink Panthers.

Arjun Deshwal started in fine raiding form for Jaipur as did Manjeet Dahiya for Tamil as the score was 8-8 after 10 minutes. Tamil with its fine raiding and defense got Jaipur all-out.

The halftime score was 20 Tamil and 18 Jaipur. As soon as the game started in second half Jaipur Pink Panthers repaid the all-out in first few minutes. Arjun Deshwal was on fire.

After a closely-contested first half, both teams picked up points in second half. This neck to neck competition ended up as a tie. Jaipur’s Arjun Deshwal picked up super 10 with 15 raid points.

Jaipur skipper Sandeep Dhull scored 3 tackle points. Tamil raider Ajinkya Pawar clinched super 10 with 13 raid & 2 tackle points. Manjeet Dahiya also had super 10 with 12 raid points.
