Showman Rahul can steal the show in PKL 8 with this feat
Vivo Pro Kabaddi League season 8 will begin from 22nd December 2021. Due to coronavirus pandemic the league could not take place last year. For this 8th season the auction was held between 29th to 31th August 2021.
Rahul Chaudhari who is known as Showman will be seen playing for his new team Puneri Paltan. In earlier seasons he was part of teams like Telugu Titans (Season 1 to 6) and Tamil Thalaivas (Season 7).
Rahul Chaudhari has been a dominant raider and a primary raiding face for all the teams that he has represented. Last season his form saw a dip, this might have been a reason for his exclusion from the Thalaivas camp. An experienced campaigner like Rahul needs one good season for a bounce back and this might be the season as he is representing a new team.
Rahul is in search of 45 raid points to complete 1000 raid points mark. When Rahul will earn his 45th raid point he will become the only second player in the history of PKL to achieve this feat after Pardeep Narwal. Pardeep has 1160 raid points to his name.
With the help of 40 super 10s Rahul Chaudhari has scored 955 raid points in 122 matches played by him. His average is 7.82 raid points per match in his PKL career. Rahul surely will not miss the chance to write his name in PKL history books.
