Sunil’s fiery tackles help Patna Pirates to defeat Bengaluru Bulls
Three times champion Patna Pirates comfortably win against season 6 winner Bengaluru Bulls 38-31. This is the seventh win of Pirates at Vivo Pro Kabaddi League season eight.
Pawan Kumar Sehrawat led Bengaluru Bulls started the game with taking early lead. But Pirates suddenly turned the whole game and inflicted all-out on the Bulls team.
Patna Pirates kept Pawan Kumar on the bench for some time. His absence on the mat was beneficial for them. Before that he completed his 8th super 10 in PKL 8.
The half-time score was 20-16 in favour of Pirates. Within 10 minutes, Patna inflicted the second all-out on Bengaluru & took the lead 28-21. Sunil of Patna was on fire in defense.
The raiding duo of Sachin & Guman Singh was on raiding duty for Pirates. Patna consolidated its lead and made sure that Bulls will not get any chance to comeback in the game.
In the end Pirates comfortably beat the Bulls. Patna raider Sachin scored 8 raid points. Guman Singh picked up 1 tackle & 6 raid points. Sunil earned massive 9 tackle points.
Mohammadreza Chiyaneh & Neeraj Kumar also took 3 tackle points each. Bulls skipper Pawan Kumar scored 10 raid points. Vice-captain Mahender Singh & Saurabh Nandal got 6 tackle points each.
