Tamil Thalaivas steal the glamour in the Southern Derby

The South derby of the Pro Kabaddi League began with a lot of fervor. Amidst all the excitement for the crowd favourite raiders on both sides, Ajay and Rahul they did not disappoint either. Both kept the scoreboards ticking for their respective teams.

Tamil inflicted an all out on the Telugu Titans with just 5 minutes remaining for the first half. This did make an impact on the score board  which was evenly placed for most part of the match. At the end of the first half Tamil Thalaivas grabbed 18 points whereas Telugu Titans were 7 points behind with 11 points.

Just after the second half began, Telugu showed some character and made an effort to bounce back. But their efforts did not pay off as the Thalaivas were just in their element  with Manjeet not leaving the mat even once for the entire duration.

Manjeet managed a high five with some superb display of defence that made sure the Thalaivas went home victorious after their two straight losses.

The final score-line read 31-25 in favor of Tamil Thalaivas who comfortably won the match against Telugu Titans who desperately lacked a solid raider in their unit.
