The Indian Women’s Kabaddi Team Is Announced For 6th Asian Kabaddi Championship

The Asian Kabaddi Championship is the competition where countries from all over the Asia region compete with each other. It is conducted under the guidance of International Kabaddi Federation (IKF).
Over the years Indian Men’s and Women’s teams have dominated the Tournament. Indian Women’s team has won four out of five Gold medals.
In the last Asian Kabaddi Championship, Indian women’s team led by Abhilasha Mhatre won the Gold medal there. This time all the teams will consider it as a rehearsal for Kabaddi World Cup 2025.
This year the tournament will commence at Tehran, Iran. The 6th Asian Kabaddi Championship Women’s will be held at Iran from 4th to 9th March 2025.
For this tournament Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India (AKFI) has finalised Indian team which will represent India at the Asian Kabaddi Championship.
