The Maharashtra Boys Kabaddi Team Is Announced For 6th Khelo India Youth Games

The Khelo India programme was introduced by the Indian Government in January 2018. It was to revive the sports culture in India at the grass-root level by building a strong framework for all sports played in our country and establish India as a great sporting nation.

This national level talent hunt programme was held in 2018 at Delhi, then at Pune in 2019 and at Guwahati in 2020. Due to covid pandemic the tournament did not take place in 2021. Then it took place in June 2022, February 2023 & January 2024.

The Indian Central Government in association with Bihar State Government to organize 7th Khelo India Games Bihar 2024. Khelo India is scheduled from 4th to 15 May.

Bihar is the venue for Kabaddi matches at Khelo India Youth Games 2024. For this tournament Maharashtra State Kabaddi Association has finalised Maharashtra boys team which will represent them at the 6th Khelo India Youth Games.
