Vivo Pro Kabaddi League season 8 finally went on the floors. Sheraton Grand Bengaluru witnessed some outstanding performances where new stars such as Abhishek Singh from U Mumba, Manjeet Dahiya from Tamil Thalaivas and Nabibakhsh from shined with their brightness.

Match 1 – Bengaluru Bulls Vs U Mumba
- U Mumba beat Bengaluru Bulls 46-30
- Mumba vice-captain Abhishek Singh scored first super 10
- His raids made U Mumba winner
- Harendra Kumar of U Mumba picked up 4 takle points
- Bulls captain Pawan Kumar scored Super 10 with 12 points
- Chandran Ranjit from Bulls team also had 13 raid points to his name
