Titan’s search for the first win in PKL 8 continues
Tonight in Vivo Pro Kabaddi League eighth edition, defending champions Bengal Warriors clinched a thrilling win against Telugu Titans 28-27. This was the eighth loss for them in PKL 8.
Bengal and Telugu started the game scoring equally in the initial minutes. Both teams did not give any chance to each other. The halftime score was Bengal 14 & Telugu 13.
Maninder Singh, captain of Bengal Warriors performed his duty in the raiding. For Telugu Titans, Rajnish was picking points in raiding. His super raid gave them lead over Bengal as 19-15.
When the last two minutes were remaining Bengal inflicted an all-out on Telugu & led the game 27-25. The neck to battle came to an end as Bengal won the match.
Bengal skipper Maninder scored his 9th super 10 in PKL 8 as he took 10 raid points. Sukesh Hegde got 5 raid points. Ran Singh notched up 4 tackle points. Amit Narwal earned 2 tackle points.
From Telugu Titans, raider Rajnish scored a super 10 with 11 raid points. Sandeep Kandola picked up 4 tackle points. Akash Choudhary took 3 tackle points.
