U Mumba overcome Tamil Thalaivas

Vivo Pro Kabaddi League eighth edition is undergoing in Bengaluru. On the fourth day of week seven, season 2 champions U Mumba defeated Tamil Thalaivas 35-33 in a last minute thriller.

From the very first minute, it was neck to neck battle between Mumba & Tamil. But U Mumba inflicted two all-outs on Tamil and took the lead. The halftime score was 26 Mumba & 11 Tamil.

The tables got turned in second half when Tamil repaid the all-out on U Mumba. The score was 33-31 in favour of Mumba. Both teams scored two points in their next raids. Then Mumba won the match.

Mumba vice-captain Abhishek Singh picked up 1 tackle & 10 raid points. V Ajith Kumar scored 7 raid points. Skipper Fazel Atrachali, Rinku & Rahul Sethpal took 3 tackle points each.

Tamil raider Manjeet Dahiya & Ajinkya Pawar earned 7 raid points each. Sagar notched up 4 tackle points. Mohit & Sahil Gulia got 3 tackle points.
