Vishal Bhardwaj is all set to add ‘This’ feat to his name

Vivo Pro Kabaddi League is back after a gap of two years. Though the pandemic is not over yet everything is getting back to normal. Kabaddi players are training hard for upcoming edition of PKL. League will commence in Bengaluru from 22nd December.

After wearing yellow jersey of Telugu Titans for three consecutive seasons, ankle hold specialist Vishal Bhardwaj is now a part of Puneri Paltan. The team management spent 60 lakhs on him at the auctions which was held between 29th and 31st August. Vishal is known to be a fearless defender especially in a super tackle situation. He has total of 199 tackle points from 60 matches played. He averages 2.96 tackle points per match and has 15 high 5s to his name.

Vishal is one of the defenders who have scored 60 or more tackle points in three consecutive seasons. With just one point away from creating a record Vishal will be focusing on leading Puneri’s defense in the forthcoming season of PKL.

Vishal had a decent outing at the 68th Senior National Championship while representing Himachal Pradesh. He scored 19 points from 5 matches and also helped team to reach quarter finals. At Puneri Paltan, he will be aided by Baldev Singh who also happens to be his teammate from Himachal Pradesh.
