Vivo PKL season 8 first half schedule is out!
Vivo Pro Kabaddi League season eight is all set go on the floors from 22nd December. Due to covid pandemic the league was delayed by a year. Amid the pandemic league will commence at single venue i.e. Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Centre Bengaluru with taking all the precautions. This time the league will take place without audience as covid pandemic is not over yet. The league will be commenced in bio bubble.
The schedule for the first half of season 8 is announced by Mashal Sports on PKL official website. This time triple header matches will be played on some days. i.e. three matches will be played on single day. These triple headers will be for 7 days. Earlier there used to be two matches on the same day. First match will be commenced at 7.30 pm. Second match will be scheduled at 8.30 pm. And last match will be played at 9.30 pm.
On the opening day, season 6 champion Bengaluru Bulls will play inaugural match against PKL 2 title winner U Mumba. After that Southern Derby between Telugu Titans and Tamil Thalaivas will take place. Defending champions Bengal Warriors will take on UP Yoddha which includes PKL most expensive and star raider Pardeep Narwal.
As of now all 12 teams are staying in one place. All the players are gearing up themselves for this totally different season.
