Deepak Hooda, captain of the Indian Kabaddi team and Jaipur Pink Panthers, is known as the fittest player in the world of Kabaddi. While all the competitions have been postponed due to Corona, Deepak is focusing on maintaining his fitness by working out at home. While focusing on fitness, Deepak is also paying close attention to his diet. His fans often question what exactly Deepak includes in his diet. Deepak himself has now given more information about his diet. He was speaking in the Instagram live session ‘Beyond the Mat’ organized by the Pro Kabaddi League.

This time Deepak said,

“I eat 1-2 bananas before going to practice in the morning. When I come back from practice, I drink almond milk and have corn flakes.
Sometimes I eat 1-2 more bananas. Sometimes I include brown bread in my diet as well. After that I take lunch. For lunch, I eat 2-3 chapatis and vegetables. I eat fruit throughout the day whenever possible. ”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

“I like to go to practice on an empty stomach in the evening. I like to go hungry before matches as well. When I come back from evening practice, I take almond milk again.”

“I eat two chapatis and vegetables for dinner. I drink one litre of milk before going to bed at night. Before, I used to drink two and a half litres of milk. But now I take one litre of milk to control my weight.”

Deepak has played all seasons of Pro Kabaddi. He is often referred to as the best all-rounder in pro kabaddi.
