With this record Surjeet Singh proves his worth

Yesterday (21st December) at Pro Kabaddi League match was played between Bengal Warriors and Tamil Thalaivas. It was the 500th match of Pro  Kabaddi League history.

In the first half of the game both teams scores were equaled to 15-15. But later on Bengal started capitalizing the game. As a result Bengal Warriors won the match 27-24.

Jang Kun Lee and Maninder Singh delivered their performances in the offense for Bengal Warriors. Whereas Ran Singh, Baldev Singh and Surjeet Singh defended Bengal very well.

In this match Bengal Warrior’s captain and right cover Surjeet Singh had a new record to his name. Though he took 1 tackle point entered the list of players with 200 tackle points in PKL history. He has now clinched 200 tackle points from 67 matches.

Ongoing PKL season 6 is not so good for Surjeet as far as his individual performance is concerned. But his presence in the Bengal defece acts like a morale booster for them. Surjeet has scored 39 tackle points from 17 matches.
